Requirements

Just Dance Best runs on Windows and macOS. There is no Linux version.

Windows

  • System: Windows 10 or newer, 64-bit (x64)
  • Graphics: A graphics card or chip that supports OpenGL 3.3, with up-to-date drivers
  • Disk space: About 500 MB free (the game is about 410 MB), plus room for updates
  • Internet: Needed to sign in, to download the game and updates, and to play online

Windows on ARM computers run it through Windows' built-in x64 emulation, which we haven't tested.

macOS

  • Mac: Apple silicon (M1 or newer). Macs with an Intel processor are not supported
  • System: macOS 13 Ventura or newer
  • Disk space: About 600 MB free (the game is about 500 MB), plus room for updates
  • Internet: Needed to sign in, to download the game and updates, and to play online

To check your Mac: Apple menu → About This Mac. Under Chip it should say Apple M1, M2 or similar, not Intel.

For every system

  • A RyuLauncher account. The game starts from the launcher.
  • To play with a phone: the phone and the computer on the same Wi-Fi.
  • To play with Joy-Con or Wii Remotes: Bluetooth on the computer. See Controllers. Joy-Con 2 from the Nintendo Switch 2 don't work.
